Join our dynamic team as a Senior Metrics Consultant, where you'll play a pivotal role in performing the monthly Revenue Projection Process and become the SME in the monthly Expense Allocation Process using Data Blending and Business Intelligence Tools. As a key member of the Group Benefits Data Management & Analytics team, you will actively contribute to transformative projects such as ePCM, CLASIC, BOB and other FMG projects. Engage with stakeholders across Finance and Group Benefits while creating and maintaining complex financial reporting processes and metrics models in Alteryx, MS Access and MS Excel. Your expertise will be essential for providing independent analysis and financial support

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a subject matter expert on the monthly expense allocation process to ensure timely and accurate monthly actuals including maintenance of rule & prorate as required. Will have joint responsibility for allocation logic updates/changes related to Unit Cost Modeling. Responsible for DRM maintenance requests for Account, Department and Product table updates as well as participating in Disaster Recovery efforts as necessary. Analyze and support monthly actual case level financial results and develop monthly analysis of emerging results. Create, maintain, and manage a set of complex financial and broker metrics processes and models built in MS Access, Alteryx, and Excel. Perform independent analysis / investigation, present findings and propose solutions to stakeholders including leadership and internal partners. Foster a continuous improvement mindset and propose enhancements to the data management and analysis framework, leveraging data and technology, informed by industry standards and best practices.

Required:

· Working knowledge and experience in Finance and Financial Analysis.

· Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint

· Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

· Over five years of experience with ledger/subledger and financial reporting tools.

· Demonstrate problem-solving skills, analytical prowess, motivation, adaptability, and attention to detail.

· Ability to plan, multitask, prioritize, and work with a flexible schedule.

· Undergraduate degree required.

Preferred:

· In-depth knowledge of group insurance products.

· Hands-on experience with Alteryx and Power BI.

· Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

· Strong process management skills.

· Exceptional ability to build partnerships and foster teamwork.

· Independent and effective performance management.

The salary range for applicants for this position is $86,200 - $114,900.
