Job Description:

The Site Security Technology Lead will provide subject matter expertise as it relates to the installation and configuration of physical security design technology. This role will continuously assess and configure our Enterprise Access Control devices and video systems to meet or exceed uptime SLAs while minimizing risk. As a key contributor in security technology deployment and maintenance, this role will require advanced analytical and communication skills to efficiently interact with global stakeholders and key security vendors to drive effective risk reduction across the organization.

This role will focus on the following deliverables:

Enterprise Access Control and Video Management

In support of our Enterprise Access Control and Video Management program globally, we have several thousand devices to manage and maintain for the security of our associates and sites. As a critical function to this program, the associate will lead the configuration and oversight of our security device installation and troubleshooting.

Specific responsibilities include:

• New technology assessment and impact on existing environment.

• Commissioning of each new installation to ensure it is configured properly.

• Guidance of Security Operations Center resources to scale out our capabilities to onboard and manage devices at scale.

• Partner across teams (Networking, IT, Regional Security, local vendors) to effectively deliver on our security strategy.

Technical Standards:

In support of our Enterprise Access Control and Video Management platform, the associate will support leadership in keeping our standards documentation updated annually. This process is done in collaboration with IT and key vendors to ensure we maintain technical compliance. The standards are submitted globally to vendors supporting our technology integration as well as external auditors and large commercial clients for review.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of Enterprise Access Control deployment, functional and reporting experience

• 3+ years site security standards creation/management experience

• Bachelors degree

Up to 10% travel is required for this role to key US sites as needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders and managing expectations effectively.
