Our focus is creating solutions and operational efficiencies to improve and expand our channel capabilities to grow employee engagement. The Channels Operations Manager will support managing, developing, enhancing, and educating partners on our different communications channels. This role will regularly engage with leaders and make recommendations on the best channels for the most effective communications. It requires close partnership with Communications, IT and the Web Services Team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for driving continuous improvement and efficiencies through creative solutions. As the role involves management of multiple digital channels, the ideal candidate should be highly experienced in all things digital and web.
Build and manage multiple enterprise internal-facing digital channels, including but not limited to Intranet, Email, Digital Signage, Search/Chatbot, Live Events, Social Collaboration tools, etc.
Create requirements, test plans and work in an agile manner.
Monitor, respond and gather feedback on channels, including regular reporting.
Webpage development, organization, user experience design, and content creation
Educate end users on technology changes that will impact employees and communicators.
Stay current and learn new applications and tools as employee experience and communications channels evolve.
Knowledge of managing multi-lingual platforms
Produce and analyze analytical reporting on channels and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ability to work independently to solve problems and manage multiple projects.
Innovate and create automated solutions to help build efficiencies.
Create clear presentations, including storytelling and business cases.
Build relationships and work closely with colleagues on joint projects.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
High School diploma
Strong knowledge in the creation, management and optimization of website builds for both internal and external audiences.
Expert in Microsoft SharePoint Online, preferably Modern and Classic
Experience in UX Design work and building out sites and pages in FIGMA
Knowledgeable of M365 Microsoft Suite and Office ecosystem including Stream, One Drive, Admin Center, Azure, Teams, Viva Engage, Viva Suite, Excel, PowerPoint etc…
Adobe Creative Suite
Extensive knowledge in Search and Chatbot Management, Forms, Power BI, UX design and website development.
Experience with Agile methodology.
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 or more years of practical experience - highly preferred
The wage range for applicants for this position is $101,000 to $120,000. This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
